Becky meets clients wherever they are in their personal journey and considers it a privilege to create an environment that harbors the potential for profound change.
Her guiding principles are grounded in genuine connection, authenticity, a passion for learning, curiosity, integrity, and a commitment to kindness. Embracing an active, client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach, she celebrates the unique qualities and strengths that each individual brings to the table.
Becky holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Geography from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. Before establishing her private practice, she worked as a counsellor at the Looking Glass Foundation for Eating Disorders in Vancouver, Canada.
